GOCLM is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, and proactive Client Success Manager to join our growing team.
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding clients, guiding them through our software solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to help businesses get the best value from our SaaS platform while building long-term relationships based on trust and support.

Onboard and support new clients
Guide customers on software usage and best practices
Resolve client issues by coordinating with the technical team
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Provide timely support and professional communication
Understand client needs and help improve their overall experience
1–2+ years of experience in Client Support or SaaS platform handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and client management abilities
Ability to handle multiple client interactions professionally
Comfortable working with teams and coordinating solutions
Passion for helping customers succeed and grow
Customer-first mindset
Positive attitude and professionalism
Fast learner with strong organizational skills
